Hello, as humi has already informed, KfW only provides a subsidy of 2500€ per housing unit. Additionally, there are extra costs for construction supervision and more material, so these 5,000€ will hardly be enough for you. However, you might have a better resale value. Why not take T7 in 36.5 instead of T8 (36.5) - T7 (36.5) has the same thermal conductivity as T8 (42.5) and you can save the structural calculation (possibly drawing).
