For 2 bathrooms, that will never work, not even with Reuters or DIY store ceramics. Have you thought about the flush tank, the flush button, the channel, the pipes, the angle valves, the towel holder, the wall heater, etc.? Please don't tell any painter the price of the paint, they will roll their eyes. Buy cheap paint and you will have to paint at least twice. Better get advice here and buy good covering paint (expensive!). The prices I mentioned do not refer to luxury items, but simply to solid basic materials (my tiles cost 20.50/m²).

Well then, have fun searching. At the specialist retailer, we had an offer for 1 washbasin with bowl for 1500€. Even in the furniture store, most washbasins are between 800-1000€. Then you also have the mirror cabinet and maybe a cabinet next to it.

You're right,

I correct myself, we have already chosen washbasins at a Swedish furniture store. One costs €369, so both about €750, which is €150 more than planned, thanks for that. I also forgot the mirrors, one costs €249, so another €500 extra.

That makes a total of €650 more than planned, thanks for the note.

We don't need the cabinet next to it.

What kind of architect is that who can give you a fixed price for a house? Seems a bit strange to me.

The two toilets for 175 euros each also include the cisterns (230 euros at Reuters for Geberit), the toilet seat (often to be ordered separately), the flush button, the silicone, and pipe bends/connection parts? Second example... The tile price is clear, corner strips only cost 8 euros/m, so not a big deal. But if you quickly use 12m in 2 bathrooms, it’s money again. Have the skirting boards also been taken into account? Better not let the sellers nicely calculate the in-house work from the prices mentioned, but talk to the builders. Seller: "The electrical trade is completely calculated, don't worry," the builder: "What? One switch and two sockets per room? There are still some missing here and there and this and that." Seller: "That is far above the ISO standard... and generates additional costs of 6000 euros."
