Hello, I believe you won’t manage with 1500 euros / sqm.
I’ll give you our numbers:
Land: 120,000 euros / 301 sqm
Additional costs: 37,200 euros
House, dimensions: 8.20 x 10.00 - slight slope, with basement, without garage but including carport: 291,000
Garden, meaning the remaining approx. 210 sqm: 26,000 euros

adds up to a total of around 475,000 euros for 125 sqm living space.

Thank you for the figures. We are currently gathering offers. I will know more in 1-2 weeks. One thing we have already: finished except for painting work 260,000€ including the complete foundation, etc. Although: for the garden we will certainly not spend that much. At most including the garage. Let's see what we get. But I think 291,000€ for 125 sqm is quite substantial. Is the equipment that high-quality?
