I find the price of the basic installation very high. There are more sockets than usual, but that doesn't make up for it. Or are there already unmentioned upgrades included? Most general contractors I have met calculate electrical work based on the building specifications at around €8-12K gross. And room thermostats cost extra, or is this the luxury version? The upgrade is actually fair to cheap, the problem lies in the base price.
Thank you! The basic installation at €24K is also a black box to me. I would ask more precisely what is included. Above all, I don't see in the offer which models of the switches/intercom/thermostats/sockets were offered and what they look like. In my opinion, there are big differences between non-brand and brand products...
Do you also have the individual prices for the basic installation (e.g. unit price for socket/switch with model designation or hourly rate) included in the offer? Is it common to list them individually?
Did you also receive the individual prices for the basic installation in the offer (e.g. unit price for socket/switch with model designation or hourly performance)? Is it common to list these individually?
We did not receive that. Overall, I find the total sum too expensive. But it really isn’t because of the detailed listings. They have fair individual prices. However, the basic installation with 24k is really a lot for GU standard (even if it might be somewhat better standard). But if you get the 24k credited when you remove the electrical work, it might be an idea to have an offer made for individual contracts.

That’s correct. We are working with an architect who tenders individual trades separately. The attached offer already represents a single contract. ops:
