That is already a Marie - well-planned households are around 160 sqm without basement.. that is enough for 4 people... everything else you really have to be able to afford

You are quoting me? I didn't calculate with the "360", but with the mentioned external dimensions and other details. You have to ask the OP about everything else. He probably means 180 sqm ;) Although I calculated with a floor area of 100.
