We pay in BB for 250m² living space / 300m² usable space with a general contractor for a KfW40+ house 485k€.

Included in the price are tiles up to 40€/m² in all wet rooms and hallways, a cellar with 50m² apartment and separate access. Chimney for fireplace. Missing are the outdoor facilities, removal of excavation, building application, photovoltaics, kitchen, floor coverings in non-wet rooms, soil survey, surveyor, and interior painting. Built with Ytong.

That's correct. Both numbers are important to us. The first, because it can often be used for comparison, and the second, because we also have to pay that.

That's true, and I only get the real prices when I request quotes. The prices also depend on the region, and here prices of 98-253 €/sqm were mentioned for the tiler. So what are the real prices? It's very hard to say, but you get reference values to roughly orient yourself by. What is surprising, however, is that the average prices for tilers on the internet seem to be significantly lower...

I've done that now, too. Better safe than sorry.

The prices are only so extremely high for the bathroom with full-surface sealing. Let's leave aside the moon prices of €253 and look at €98/sqm. There, the pure laying price is only €40 net. But then there is the sealing, corner rails, adhesive, tax, ... That adds up. I am sitting here in Bavaria - very well possible that there are better prices elsewhere. I had originally only calculated with half as much. The offers taught me better.

Additionally: With floor coverings, it is often forgotten in my opinion that a baseboard can significantly impact the costs.

Otherwise: When tiles flow, they are no longer tiles. SCNR

Something different:
How does one come to voluntarily and gladly insulate with [WDVS]?
I have a house with this insulation myself, but after thorough engagement not only with this forum and a bit more budget, I would definitely do without this stuff.
I would definitely build monolithically to avoid later trouble with exterior plaster or renewal. In addition, the risk of getting a bumpy exterior plaster is very high due to the insulation boards. I would invest the money for this 40+ story into the masonry.

Water / wastewater is to be calculated with a factor of three, depending on the distance.

For us, only drainage was at 7k...
