Good morning,
we are building a house. 1.5 floors and a basement. 250m² living space. House cost 350,000€
The house consists of a main / owner-occupied residential unit on the ground floor 105m², a rented unit on the upper floor 100m² and a rented unit in the basement 45m²
Now there is the possibility to allocate the costs / living space and then to the residential units..
350,000€ / 250m² = xxx €/m²
Now I would like to assign a higher price per square meter to the apartment on the upper floor and in the basement.
Can someone help me with what is usually accepted or where higher costs arise?
So the basement is more expensive the masonry living space, on the upper floor we have a studio conversion with 3 meter room height...what can you imagine or do you have concrete examples?
Thanks for the help
Jörg
