In any case, plan to install the air conditioning right away. You can forget the cooling function of the heat pump. You can see that again in other posts here in the forum…

With me in the Nuremberg region 3.5k for the installation of the 5 units plus multi-split. Also in the shell construction. Maybe the price difference is because here everything runs through suspended ceilings.

I offer a multisplit from Daikin in an old building with 4 indoor units (total about 100m², although the m³ are more interesting). Of these, 3 units are in the attic, outdoor unit on the roof. We paid just under €12,000 including installation, the main cost items are probably the outdoor unit and then also the refrigerant lines, I think about €30 per meter. The whole thing was installed by a professional company with an invoice. 3 of the 4 units drain the condensate into the basement, one has a separate condensate pump. In the basement, there is also a larger condensate pump. Installation took place last year.

Thank you very much for your responses!

We are also building roughly near Nürnberg (more precisely Bamberg), so I wanted to contact the "Nürnberger" via private message to ask if you have any recommendations for a company you had a good experience with. Unfortunately, this did not work because I have too few posts so far. So if anyone can recommend a company in the region, I would be very happy to receive a tip or a private message.

I now have an initial offer for a DAIKIN R32 Multi-Split outdoor unit and a total of 5 DAIKIN R32 wall-mounted comfora units for approx. 19k EUR (including installation). Compared to your figures, it seems quite high to me, I will look for alternative offers again. Do you generally have good experience with Daikin and are you satisfied?

Maybe another alternative idea: Your sketch almost looks like reinforced concrete ceilings on the EG+OG, right? Here, a [Betonkernaktivierung] would be suitable. This would allow you to cool wonderfully (ideally still with a brine-water heat pump with passive cooling) as well as further lower the flow temperature when heating (increasing efficiency and self-regulating effect). Then add a split air conditioner for dehumidifying.

In total with

- BKA
- brine-water heat pump (optional)
- 1-2x split air conditioner

probably achievable well under EUR 19k.

PS: I find about EUR 5k extra cost for the cooling function of the air-water heat pump already quite steep.
