Hmm. It may be that I/we cook the four-course menu for the guests in the evening on the weekend, at the same time I prepare the soup and the Bolognese for the next week, and a large pot of broth is on because our canned stock has run out.

I relax while cooking, but to reach my usual meditative state with this workload, it doesn’t work without prior planning of the process.

BTW: In such cases, you don’t just quickly wash some vegetables and chop them. That works for one or two dishes. Afterwards, tasks are repeated in shifts; otherwise, it will never get finished.

P.S.: I don’t have schedules where time for the vinification of the staff isn’t planned. After all, one wants to live .

When it comes to kitchen planning, it's very much about the behavior and needs of the cooks, I would summarize it like that.

With your workload chand1986, I would say 3 sinks and 4 stoves (-:

For me, the Thermomix alone is probably enough (-:

P.S: I'm looking forward to my huge sink (Systemceram Centra 90, kitchen in country house style), I will probably be able to bathe the children in it, so I don't need a second one, especially since everything goes into the dishwasher anyway except the pan.

They do extract – ours, for example, also from very tall pots or when frying. Well, you wouldn't put a Weck appliance over 50 cm tall on an induction stove, would you?!
The space used on the left and right of the stove is about 5-7 cm for us (exact measurement currently not in mind).
The Homeier is designed so that water etc. can run in without anything happening.
Cleaning is done by removing the full stainless steel insert and putting it in the dishwasher. Done & clean.

But at least I do. The Weckpot naturally goes under the hood; it is not only used for canning (and then it runs for 2 hours), but also for cooking Bolognese, broth, etc. Although I have now moved away from induction. It will be a normal ceramic hob.
