but I’ve read quite a few warning messages regarding induction.
Warnings are mostly about what people don’t understand. There are alarmists for absolutely everything.
It is also "officially" recommended to keep a minimum distance of 40 cm, I believe, from the running cooktop.
So grandma with a pacemaker doesn’t get a fit while cooking.
And I don’t want to take that risk, especially since family planning is still pending.
Not having a TV in the bedroom helps the most here. You can’t possibly cook that much.
I am definitely not a tin foil hat wearer
And yet you let some scare you...
There is some nonsense to be found everywhere. And whoever successfully scares people can continue selling ceramic cooktops. Or something like that.
A ceramic cooktop isn’t really that bad and medieval after all.
Well, the ratio of ceramic to induction might not be medieval to modern. More like horse-drawn carriage to car. Both are drivable, but one is much slower, balanced out by significantly less comfort.
Do you have a mobile phone? Evil Wi-Fi radiation in the house? High-voltage power lines in sight?
Your concern is unfounded and fueled by fed fears.
