Oh, so the Groschengrad referred to the combination with underfloor heating and normal radiators.

The plan is actually to mainly operate the stove and hardly ever use the normal radiators.
The underfloor heating is only in the bathrooms and the living area because of the appearance.

The solar system is only for hot water in summer, so you can safely turn off the heating for 3 months.

Hence the whole way of thinking.

I am also grateful for any tip or suggestion, but can someone say something about the actual questions?

Thank you!

Then I would be interested to know which services according to §§ 53...56 HOAI were applied in the architect contract In particular, which service phases for this. This remark essentially refers to the use of solar thermal energy.

Best regards

Hi,

don’t be mad at me, but could you maybe explain the abbreviations to me?
I would be thankful because, as I said, we are planning, so I’m not very familiar with every area.
And I would also like to learn something.

As I said, it is a prefabricated house; controlled residential ventilation is included as a basic feature with gas.
We decided to add solar for water as well. Also the combination of underfloor heating and regular heating.

Thanks.

But since that is not meant here... and users from other areas are asking here who want to get comprehensive information about house construction, please do not always use internal abbreviations or allusions (e.g. Groschengrab) that the questioner (and also other readers) cannot understand and that only cause confusion.

This is also not particularly ideal, as at least a second mixing circuit with accessories is required. One should decide either underfloor heating or radiators.

Hello everyone,

to come back to the topic once again.

We have now found an oven with [DIBT] approval.
The next requirement for us not to need an additional pressure guard is that our controlled residential ventilation shuts off at a differential pressure of 8 PA.
Otherwise, the additional system will be necessary.

Does anyone know models of controlled residential ventilation that have this safety feature built in?

Thanks to you.
