that's not bad, that's why I'm asking again... if you throw these 2000 euros/sqm into the room, you can break them down, right? e.g. 600 euros/sqm for shell construction, 100 euros/sqm for heating, ...

Of course, I am fully aware of that, including the fact that I pay a bit more for the air-water heat pump than the heating engineer...

I also don't believe that 1800 euros per sqm are sufficient with chimney draught, [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] and [Raffstores] (surely also electric). Then there is also the basement (with a living space), certainly not cheap either.

Excavation 4k€, most of it will be backfilled.
Roof and carport 35k€, carport is 12k€ of that
Plaster inside/outside 32k€
Heating, piping, sanitary 60k€
Electrical 16k€
Stairs 10k€

Tiles 20k€
Outdoor facilities 20k€
Painter 6k€
Screed 5k€
[Photovoltaik Anlage] 15k€

And then several tens of thousands of euros more for architect, energy consultant, structural engineer, permits etc.

Subtract 30k€ for L stones from the shell construction and install your [Raffstores].
