Construction of 2 retaining walls, development plan BW

but if I go to the flat area to be created at 209m on my site, then I have a height offset to the neighbor.

I want to bring the whole area to approximately level 209. So I have to dig out part of the plot a bit and fill up the other part since the slope is about 2m. As of now, I will make the retaining wall 60 cm everywhere and then slope the remaining 1.4 m at 45 degrees. The neighboring plot has the same gradient but is not built on.

My goodness, this is tedious. Can you please take a look at your own elevation plan and answer us WHERE there is even the slightest height difference to the neighbor?

And if there is anything there that we do not see, please finally MARK it. We can manage that too

I can still understand the idea of raising the level to 209. But then please adapt the house to the plot. Just like I suggested a long time ago.

Slopes of 45 degrees are not stable, even if the fill is approved. Stability depends on the material but in my opinion rather closer to 1:2.

Who approved the distance of the house to the north? I usually only know a minimum distance of 3 m. Maybe it is different in BW.

Why should I adapt the house to the plot? I can adapt the plot to my needs! The house is approved in BW, you need a minimum distance of 2.5m to the boundary and that is respected. And regarding the slope, if I work here with mats and plant it, it should hold.

Why don’t you let your architect clarify these details then?
