I always think about the costs first. You don't. Impossible does not exist.

And I also always think about maintaining the difference between neighborhood and war. That includes not building a fortress on a general’s hill just because the building code doesn’t punish it with the guillotine.

Why costs? The civil engineer is there anyway and whether he smooths everything out isn’t that expensive. The retaining wall about 60m long costs under €10,000.

I think planning differently wouldn’t have brought any advantage.
