You don't believe that yourselves, do you? With those conditions, you'd already have trouble getting a consumer loan.

The ex-husband initially has no other choice but to wait until the repayment date. If he actively questions it beforehand in front of the ex-wife, he looks pretty foolish if she then does wave a loan - for whatever reason. Maybe there is a guarantor?!

Not with that amount. The "guarantor" would already have to be included in the loan agreement as the borrower. But who wants that. We're not talking about a TV here.

A guarantor is a guarantor and not a borrower.

Hello everyone! I would like to ask a question to the group: The ex-husband has now received a purpose declaration for signature on Friday afternoon. His advisor at the bank advised him not to sign anything blindly and offered to take a look at it. However, the ex-wife wants the documents back by Sunday with the justification: "...If you want out of the obligation, this is your way until Monday, otherwise we cannot finance and you have to stay in for the time being...". She can submit the documents on Tuesday, Wednesday, or any other day – the financing might be delayed by a few days, but it won't fall through just because the documents are not submitted on Monday, right?! Are there any experiences regarding this? Thanks in advance!

Now you are being unfair!

Original signatures cannot be printed.

That's probably not new – she could have saved herself that phrase.

Not only during Corona times do you not always have the opportunity to enter a public building without an appointment.
