Do you think 15000 might be tight, even with the own contribution? What are you installing there?

No basement. The rear wall of the basement extends into the slope to about 1.6 to 1.8m. We would then like to fill up to the bottom edge of the [OG] with soil from the excavation pit. The centrally located bathroom will then have a window like this.

I had actually planned floors and walls with 20t as well. The general contractor thought that was too much. But I think many customers use laminate or even carpet there. So 15t should probably be enough.

Parquet and tiles. The wood costs around 80€ per sqm. Tiles between 25 and 70 per sqm (all materials only)

Yes well, with parquet it's clear. But most of the time you already have most of the rooms included with the general contractor. Well, whether the material price fits then has to be seen.

In addition, there may be floor preparation and definitely adhesive. That can amount to quite a few kilos.

We are at about 40 euros of material per sqm of floor. However, if something comes up and our painter cannot paint and lay floors, we will have to buy more services and then it will be more expensive. For the walls, we are considering Easyputz. But we still need to discuss that with the painter.
