Construction costs for a single-family house, additional building costs?

Without the updates I mentioned, I simply can't imagine how you want to burn through the money with that land price. We are building in BY 139m² plus basement (2 full floors solid with bricks) for 420k€ including, for example, KfW 55, 26k€ for L-blocks, air-to-water heat pump, 3-sided chimney from Schiedel, 2x 3m lift-and-slide doors, central controlled residential ventilation + underfloor heating on the upper floor, ground floor, and basement, 220m² tiles (floors + walls), electric shutters, 8.82 kWp photovoltaic system, terrace paths + carport, painting work, guest WC with shower. The price is of course without land and kitchen. So with your setup, you should get quite a lot if the land cooperates.

I haven't read that at all yet; I think you edited it in later. Yes, my price includes a very large garage which costs over 30,000€. We also have about 150m² and KfW 45. I heat with gas and solar. But I find your house price great. Do you have an energy storage system included?

What is KfW45 anyway?

No, we don’t have an energy storage, in my opinion it’s money thrown away.

I can’t say anything about the price because I have no real comparison, as we work with individual trade contracting and don’t have to pay the sometimes astronomical prices of some developers or general contractors.

The bathrooms are at least almost purely standard in terms of sanitary fixtures, as we don’t put much value on that now -> so acrylic tub and shower tray, surface-mounted fittings, no rain shower. But nice tiles and niches.

Of course, double sinks and WC. We might still let ourselves be persuaded to install something nice there.

But as you can see, we also have no blinds, KNX or sauna :p

We also included tiles for 40 euros and still had to pay the tiler over 5000 euros extra (tiles were larger and more expensive, additional charge for laying the 80s tiles, stainless steel rails in the bathroom). The electrician also wanted over 5000 euros...and somehow we don’t have anything special. Then there is the sanitary work (larger sinks, bathtub, different fittings, shower, etc... it all adds up. We also had to pay extra for the front door, it quickly sums up, 20000 euros was not enough for us.
