Concrete pile in front of the house, who has to remove it?

And have a container placed... otherwise, have fun later picking up tons of rubble.

For me (not Heinz von Heiden) the removal of construction debris generated during contractually agreed work is included. So just take a look at the contract/construction service description... If nothing is mentioned about it, you can assume that it’s your pile. What you do with it is still up to you. Maybe the pile can somehow be integrated into the garden? Buried somewhere as a foundation?

Hi,

Actually, everything went great with Heinz von Heiden back then, no major problems at all..

The construction debris was kind of included in the construction service description (I think). We didn’t have that much construction debris either.
We piled it up in one big heap and together with the new neighbors ordered a container (costs shared) and had a fun "container full shovel party" on the weekend with BBQ, beer, Avernas and such.
It actually helped the neighborly relations.
In this sense
Cheers, Olli

Whoever builds with Heinz von Heiden just has these additional costs

I would never have dreamed that the disposal of construction debris could be a chargeable extra. Our construction site was, as a matter of course, tidied up every evening. As residents, we are less fussy than our craftsmen - sometimes a pile of scrap wood or cardboard is left lying around for a while and is disposed of later.

And whoever builds with others pays more and it is included ... so what now?!

I choose my container service myself and can more or less determine the costs for it myself. And yes, the remains of the concrete were also left in my driveway. Presumably, one could have prevented that for money as well, then they would have cleaned the concrete pump somewhere else.

Before - broken up by three people with crowbar, hammer, and chisel - after a few hours
