The garden waste goes there just like the construction debris. No one left it there, no one saw anything, it was simply there or has always been there.

Exactly, the problem is usually: Once there's a small pile, it strangely always gets bigger...:mad: It's called the "broken window theory" Cheers Olli

For my first house, we asked to leave the "Schutt" lying around. Stommel house with solid wood planks :p The carpenters were just about to load everything onto the truck when I said: no no... just leave it lying there. The guys always improved their wood supplies for the fireplace on the construction sites. Only stupid that we also had a fireplace there ;) We have now built with individual contracts. I would never have thought in my life that you have to book something like that as an additional package with some house-building companies... :rolleyes:

But the shell builder can do it much cheaper by simply inserting a piece of bent reinforcement as a "handle" into the still soft pile as the cause ;-) Let it set and then lift the whole blob into the container with a crane.
This is significantly more economical than the client bending over backwards.
