The question came somehow 3 days too late. Today, nobody will buy that from you anymore.

Only one floor or two? What about stair openings? The fun with concrete will probably be more expensive than masonry with KS. Alternatively, let it be planned precast concrete parts. Then the house will be standing within a day.

Of course, building walls would also be possible, but I thought concrete is simply cheaper. If you build walls, I wouldn't even have to have it done, that is a good idea. The thing with the columns as support for the ceiling was exactly what I liked best, and I didn't want solid walls, but just single or double layered drywall, and you can't load those.

only one floor, like the prefab houses offered in bungalow style, I had initially imagined planned precast concrete parts as well but the idea of masonry is also great, especially if you use nice clinker bricks in some places you can leave the wall on the inside as it is, for example, if in the end you match the interior design to the clinker bricks in the interior

KS Stein und schön? Well...

Honestly? You can't do it yourself. You urgently need professional advice.

No, sand-lime brick stone is not nice, but you can masonry completely normal brick clinker in certain places and then leave them visible in some spots inside. Some people have it like that in the bathroom or in the living room.

Yes, in very old houses... in new ones this is only done with facing brickwork or thin bricks. The core remains the material from which the whole house is made. Different stiffness leads to cracks.
