I don't want to disappoint you now, but if you want to build like you imagine, you have to emigrate to more southern countries. But in Germany??

If I understood correctly, you just want 4 walls and a roof, then do the rest yourself, all cheaply. I am not an architect, but look around, how many such simple houses do you see? There are a lot of things that get in the way, from technical regulations by the building authority, material properties, development plans and who knows what else.

I imagined it like this: a concrete foundation of about 80 sqm, then 4 concrete walls placed on it where, logically, the locations for windows and doors are already planned, the ceiling simply a concrete slab protruding all around; inside the house then concrete columns as support for the ceiling—this is for what I cannot do myself and would therefore have to buy somewhere.

On the outside, I would install complete full thermal insulation and plaster it with rough plaster; on the roof a complete solar system; inside the walls clad with gypsum, real wood parquet on the floor, and of course everything else that belongs in a house.

Do you have an idea what the concrete foundation + 4 walls and ceiling and the concrete columns might cost?

There is a provider who builds up styrofoam carriers—similar to Lego bricks—and then pours concrete into them. You should be able to purchase a shell construction from him, but you should reserve funds for the necessary Hilti.

But since your question is probably more about "how to do it cheapest"—why don’t you consider building your conceptual new house almost completely out of styrofoam? The base slab, interior and exterior walls, as well as flat roof, are made from this material; here and there reinforced due to structural requirements. From outside, you can beautify it both with plaster and wood.
