Comprehension question regarding KfW funding "First-time purchase of residential buildings"

Hello, what is meant by this.

Does it mean that the condominium under construction is subsidized, which is being sold to me for the first time by a property developer, or does it mean that you only receive the subsidy for the purchase of your first apartment and not for additional apartments?

I ask because it is like that with the Baukindergeld (only the first purchased and self-used apartment is eligible for funding) and it was also like this with the Bavarian construction loan.

Once again, differently:

You cannot receive KfW (55/40 etc) funding if the developer has already pocketed the funding.

It has nothing to do with the first or 100th apartment you buy.

KfW has also been discontinued/suspended.

Yep. But the "subsidy" of KfW - 55 or better - no longer exists...

Thank you. It is the case that the KfW is currently checking with me whether the confirmation after completion (from the energy consultant) is correct and whether I will receive the repayment grant. Since I bought apartments for rental 10 years ago, I am afraid that therefore the first-time purchase would not apply. However, it seems that for the KfW 55 funding, it does not matter whether one was previously an owner of residential properties.
