That is interesting. Most leasing companies require significantly more. You can also read about this on the major leasing portals. Especially if the business is not the main source of income. Which is always to be denied in the case of a photovoltaic system. Among other things, a profit-making intent of the business is also required and this must be proven, for example, with BWAs. Even during registration you have to prove the business address through business registration, tax assessment, or other means. I consider it questionable to do this when you know that the car is not tax-deductible and therefore has nothing to do with the business operation in fact. Overall, I can of course understand the reasoning that one wants to obtain the cheaper conditions. Legally, however, I consider the construct rather questionable, even though there is probably a good chance that nothing will happen if the leasing company approves the whole thing.

Ok, might be, and I haven't tried it so far, but according to reports from colleagues, it seemed very straightforward.

Since when do you get a business license for a photovoltaic system? You don't register a business like you do with "real" business. Letter to the tax office and that's it.

If you ever try it, please feel free to report your experiences. You never stop learning.

Unfortunately, many people don't think beyond their own wallet. Therefore, some things are not recommended for imitation.

Since we are in the house building forum, a walk through your own building area, preferably one with a development plan, and then comparing it with the plan and the associated statutes is recommended for a nice overview.

I will stick with private leasing then. I will show the on-site dealer the online offer. Maybe he will move in the right direction...

Oh really? I thought you had to register a business. Then you also get a business license upon application (in Berlin).

So I have now done some reading. In practice, it will probably indeed fail at the leasing company. They want to see balance sheets and business analyses from the last two years, just as said. So it is not quite that simple after all.

My colleagues also run "real" businesses on the side. However, they didn't tell me anything about such scrutiny. Well, that's how legends arise.
