The monoblock has the cooling circuit installed inside the device. Therefore, it is particularly interesting for DIY enthusiasts (no one is needed to connect the indoor and outdoor units as a refrigeration technician). There is only one outdoor unit.
The devices from Panasonic are especially well known – you can google them. The new 5kW system has a COP of 4.9 (including hot water) here with me in the Lower Rhine region.
The storage tank is inside. Control is via a wired remote control or online.
P.S. The monoblocks have an excellent price/performance ratio. The Panasonic alone costs only €2,900 with 5kW. With all accessories, you get the material for about €4,000 plus underfloor heating. Hardly any installer enjoys that.
oh, the neighbors' AiT has 35 dBA......Panasonic Monoblock: formal 57dbA, so like a refrigerator. At full load 65dbA, which corresponds to a TV at room volume (whenever full load is needed in our latitudes). But you can also simply replace the factory insulation. According to the Aquarea forum, this subjectively reduces the "noise level" by half.
That is not possible. There is no model that is that quiet. At most, it is a transposition of numbers = 53 dBA. The heat pumps are all in the range between 50 and 60. Example:oh, the AiT of the neighbors is 35 dBA......
