Hello,
we are planning the next little house in the family. It should not be too big, maximum 150m².
The architect will soon tell us whether construction is even possible on the planned building plot.
Now we are already quite excited and browsing prefab house suppliers for suitable floor plans. Just to get an idea. Does anyone have a few tips or has seen something suitable while browsing?

The requirements are quite simple:

- 2 children's rooms
- 1 bedroom
- 1 bathroom
- 1 small office
- Open living area with kitchen
- Utility room including geothermal heating (so not too small)
- 2 floors (1.5 stories)
- Max. 150m² - rather smaller

The building plot looks more or less like in the sketch. Access from the side. Garden facing south.
It would be cool if we already had a bit to compare. So far I've only seen the Evolution 136 V2 from Bien-Zenker. If anyone else sees something, we would be happy.

Go to Pinterest and search for floor plans, that is much easier.

The v7 is a nice floor plan after all! What is missing or what do you not like?

Hello Kaho,

Welcome back to the forum for the next house planning.
How come you are building again after 2013/2014?

How about the floor plan?

Does that mean the rectangular basic shape is preferred?

In my expectation, this house size leads to an almost overwhelming selection, meaning: it almost urges to add more filtering criteria (style, roof shape, ...) . Am I interpreting the sketch correctly that the garage is supposed to be a separate building (detached)?

Hold on tight: so, the builders (family) want a rectangular house. It is that, but "not enough." It's almost square. I myself say, trifles, but the builders are still very young....

We are not building ourselves, only "with." My niece had a child... with husband added and now it's getting too cramped in the place.
Yes joker, the dream house is of course way too big and too expensive.
