And frustration, egalitarianism, etc., I certainly do not show. There are those civil servants – absolutely for sure. But there are also such people in banks, in the grocery store, at the bakery. Basically everywhere where people work.

You are right that "these" people exist in every profession. However, with the difference that they can also be appropriately dismissed. And THAT exactly characterizes this special person we are talking about. ;)

But despite being satisfied with my job, I am 100 percent more happy at home with my family. To ask it the other way around... Is your family perhaps boring? (Not to be taken too seriously :))

Have you ever waited in vain for a craftsman? Ever tried to have defective services corrected? With an authority, you have easier complaint options outside of court, e.g. via the head of office, department head, or a council member.
If you call our democratic principles nonsense, a look abroad is worthwhile. Then you will find that a lot works very well here.

Exactly this attitude is the reason for the described reaction.
Zero identification with what one does. Zero motivation. Zero drive to achieve something professionally. Zero love for the job.
Then exactly this happens... Snappy answers, zero-will attitude, frustration, apathy, etc...

I am obviously lucky that I don't HAVE to go to work, but want to! The job challenges me, gives me fun, has ups and downs. But the process is what brings the fun.
If I imagine sitting in an office every day just to "do" something only to finance my life time outside of those 8 hours, then I would probably be just as miserable as most civil servants.
