...please don't kill me for my question!
We are thinking about building a house in bungalow style with a converted attic, where the upper floor should only have rooms for the children and we would have everything on the ground floor.
I myself also find city villas with a recessed upper floor very attractive and have seen here and there that often a conservatory, garage, etc. with a hip roof is attached.
I am just wondering what it would look like if you extended the roof at the back to the height where the second floor would start, meaning the house from the front looks like a normal recessed upper floor and from the side it looks as if a bungalow with a hip roof is attached at the back.
Hope you understand what I mean?! I would be happy to see pictures....
