Conceptually perhaps also imaginable as a bungalow with a steep roof pitch and a "dormer around the corner"

However, it fits

quite well, since the roof pitches of the individual sections must be different, or it becomes a huge house in area or height

If you want to impress me even more, then also paint it from above

What do you mean by a corner dormer?

For the roof structure, you would then need a carpenter who has experience with bat dormers. That commands chief physician rates.

Well, what the OP has in mind is perhaps more like this:

Try searching for "Varioself Toskana" to see if it is what you want. If so, have the catalogs sent to you for inspiration. Only a part of the houses are available online.

No Katja, exactly not that. The back of the [OG] should be a pure attic, meaning an uninterrupted transition of the roof surfaces.

just quickly scribbled down:

this would preserve the "2-story" character at the front, but the bungalow rear view at the back. At least that's how I understand the OP's wish

Exactly like that ... finally ... thank you!!!!! To the others: I do have a bit of taste ... the other houses really look terrible
