Now that will be quite tight. Where in the hallway downstairs should jackets for 5 people find space? In the bedroom, it would also be too cramped for me next to the bed, and the wardrobe space would not be enough either, especially since there is no more room for dressers. Where is the laundry supposed to be ironed? I don't see any space for that on the upper floor. Do you want only one shower for three children? Then you can expect long waiting times and lots of arguments among the children during puberty.

Best regards
Sabine

Without bay window, the ground floor is quite okay.

I don't like the upper floor with the enclosed bedroom.

Please fill out the questionnaire!!!
And sorry: if someone has something to ask, they are also welcome to write more.

Perceptions are that different ;-p
I find the upper floor quite good given the conditions.
Consider whether it really should be a T-bathroom or if you want to shorten the wall to the toilet or completely remove the T.

The problem with some rooms, including the bedroom, utility room, and refrigerator, is that you cannot build down to the centimeter. There will always be tolerances, so that a standard bedroom wardrobe, the air-water heat pump, or the refrigerator simply won't fit because of 1-3 cm.

I don't really like the hallway/utility room area. Can't something simple and efficient be planned here? All the corners and edges (protrusions) are somehow pointless -> slalom topic.

The emergency shower is missing in the guest WC for a future 5 adults. The utility room is too small, especially with all the recesses. The ratio between living and usable space is simply catastrophic. Even if you could get 2 m² out from under the staircase.

Hello!

Thanks for the answers!

So
- I posted it quickly and spontaneously yesterday, sorry for the orientation of the pictures and the short questionnaire
- there are actually no projections in the hallway. It's basically a double-wing sliding door that disappears into the wall. Partly or entirely made of glass
- the orange square is the air-water heat pump
- you don't have to walk around the table because there is another exit to the terrace
- I also think the wall in the hallway must be made straight without the projection
- the kitchen is actually just placed for now and the fridge and oven should be "hidden" flush with the wall in the projection
- the bedrooms are arranged so that the children's rooms are the same size

I hope I have answered all the uncertainties

We like it upstairs
Downstairs it has also been revised now so that we like it too. But yes, a shower downstairs would be nice and a larger utility room and wardrobe would be desirable, but eventually you run out of solutions. That's why I also posted it here to maybe read new solutions...

Thanks for the critiques. I’m happy to read more...

One more question:
Why is the [Erker] stupid?

No. How tall is the air-to-water heat pump – I mean from floor to ceiling? Have you looked at it? How wide are your doors – 70 or 80? Then the passage to the toilet can only be 35-40 cm wide. Seriously?
