City Villa Floor Plan - Request for Opinions, Criticism, Improvements

I quickly created a floor plan for a variant without a dressing room and with both children's rooms facing the garden (If you really plan for 2 children, it helps immensely if both have equally "nice" rooms).


I didn't change anything at the position of the stairs for now, as I personally like the ground floor quite well. I notice that the bathtub looks very large on the plan. Do you want it that way? Is the huge wellness shower your wish (I think it's cool, but really necessary for the rather compact house size)? Otherwise, the bathroom could perhaps be divided so that the area behind the stairs can be used as a storage room or laundry room. The second door in the bathroom wouldn't be nice, but having the laundry on one level is an advantage.

(If you are really planning 2 children, it helps enormously if both have equally "nice" rooms).

The belief in equally happy children through equally sized rooms is even more widespread than the belief in the Easter Bunny, but unfortunately just as unfounded.

Oh really? This thread is so confusing. I've been struggling for half an hour to figure out where north is. I had oriented myself by the last favorite.
