The urban villa has existed here in Germany for a long time. There are several on our street and they are 70 years old. The only thing is that here the pyramid roof is somewhat steeper. What I've also noticed when I drive through our village is that really all the houses are somehow symmetrical. Nowhere do I see any unusual asymmetrical houses. In the past, there were these typical village houses with 2-3 floors, then came the saddle roofs and now the urban villas, which, for example, have always been modern in Italy. I think people simply tend to go on the safe side.
When is it really symmetrical? Does each side look the same?
