, thanks for that as well. We already have a relatively new kitchen that we will take with us and expand. We have already paid 5000 € for it, so I would rather not leave it behind and it is only 2 years old. Definitely budget another 5000 € even though we only need a new induction cooktop and extractor hood. All other appliances are available.

Like Yvonne, , I would recommend putting the two children’s rooms to the south, so to the left side of the plan. The master bedroom then top right, and the bathroom above the utility room. The walk-in closet can still remain a walk-in closet or become a laundry room.

What I also noticed when driving through our village is that really all the houses are somehow symmetrical. Nowhere do I see any unusual asymmetrical houses. In the past, there were the typical village houses with 2-3 floors, then came the saddle roofs, and now the urban villas, which, for example, have always been modern in Italy. I believe people simply tend to play it safe.

Your front does not appear symmetrical. But this is exactly where a city villa benefits ;)
