Then just leave out the floor coverings in the program, then you have the grid.
I looked at the Lugana with 9.53 x 9.53 and I am puzzled by your space on the ground floor despite the additional room.
You should stumble over the fact that the dining table probably does not get the necessary space there top right on the plan, because there is not enough space there, but the dining area moves into the middle.
Also, I don’t know what kind of sofa you have in mind, but the depicted 4-seater is rarely possible in just under 3 meters. The sofa suggests space that isn’t there.
Also in the office: a desk is a minimum of 60cm deep. Better yet 80. But your desk is narrower than the kitchen countertop...
Furthermore, the symmetry inside is shifted. If I pushed for it, that would bother.
Upstairs it concerns the bedroom: apparently the dressing area is bigger than the sleeping corner. But that should be about 12 sqm... which again doesn’t fit with 20 sqm...
You have turned a normally sized house with doll furniture into a villa.

The house protrudes from the building envelope. Incidentally, expert fellow discussants usually see more when the plot image sections are chosen more generously.

The "doll furniture" is easiest for a layperson to recognize when they try to transport a couch like the one pictured in a car. Look at the car and the couch. Something just doesn't fit.

You are absolutely right. I just took a look at the dimensions of the furniture in the program. For example, the desk. The program states it as 110x90cm. After measuring with the tape measure in the program, I had to realize that the dimensions include the chair.

The kitchen unit measures a total of 2.90m along the wall (without bar stools). The kitchen studio informed us that the dining table would still find its place there.... I will check that again more closely.

The bedroom has a total of about 20sqm including the dressing area. This is not classified as a separate room.

Attached again with grid. Unfortunately, I cannot place a grid inside the rooms.

However, you can see for yourself that a dressing area with 2 x closets each 60/65 cm deep cannot create 2 adequate aisles.

That is a good point. I will make improvements here.
How wide should the "aisle" into the room be at least (currently it is about 1.00m)? What alternative is there for the dressing room?
