Furniture is placed indoors to scale. At the dining area, we thought of a table that can be extended, so it saves space during the week and is only expanded when needed. I don't really like this corner either, so yes, the question is whether anyone has a good suggestion for it. I thought the utility room was already large (compared to other floor plans). How big is your utility room? But placed against the T wall at the front. See floor plan! North - Garage East - Street South - Guest bathroom West - Garden / Living, Dining, Kitchen

Meant in terms of width the kitchen - sofa is tight when people are sitting

Would have swapped the children's room and the bedroom. The child needs more sun/light

Building services/storage room around 15 sqm
Laundry about 8 sqm

Unfortunately, I cannot believe that this is supposed to be a draft by a draftsman. Walls or "non-walls" next to the stairs are downright clumsy. Also, they all look too thin.

Access to the living rooms is not inviting, but with a bend in the hallway. Cloakroom quite far from the front door. Stairs unfavorably space-consuming.

Huge office but utility room too small. Our heating room is 7 sqm. Additionally, a washing machine room with 5 sqm and a pantry with 4 sqm.

T in the bathroom in this version too tight between the washbasin and bathtub.

Fireplace - a Must In the Stattwillah format (and generally, in times of energy saving regulations) an indicator of planning naivety - the eyes are bigger than the mouth ... Moreover, the chimney is at least too close to the ridge, if not even penetrating the ridge beam (in the case of a gable roof) - without specifying the roof shape, it is hardly possible to make constructive suggestions as to where to put the thing (but anyway: see above). Planner of a construction company / only external dimensions exist And what did you use to trace the plans then?

Border construction is definitely not allowed at this length. Please read the state building regulations for this.
The dirty corridor to the wardrobe has already been mentioned by Hayden.
The program has the flaw that you can resize some furniture until it fits.
Please furnish the children's room for an adult, normally the child grows up and then wants something different from a baby room setup, which you can always find everywhere.
The path to the shower is a traffic route... someone in the family will block the way. Storage space is far too little.

Let's ignore the amateurish walls for now, but the guest toilet can of course also be done nicer than facing a wall.

In winter, the family meets in the bathrooms and dressing room to get some daylight into the house.

I'm just looking at the measurements:
The hallway remains about 1 meter after subtracting the stair depth. For example, no cupboard or sideboard fits there anymore.
Shower wall WC, leaves 82 for the door in the RBM... with a 10 cm wall, which is actually 12 cm. ...
3 meters width is no longer enough for shower, bathtub, pre-wall installation, washbasin, and standing space.

Your staircase is badly positioned, it takes up too much hallway space.

Now I know what the messed-up walls mean: that's where the firewood is supposed to be stored Unfortunately too narrow. And the staircase is hanging in the air...
