Discussion yes, as long as it doesn’t become polemical and

I have it included, though independently of the fireplace.

Thanks for the other words. I just placed the chimney arbitrarily. Nothing fits! Neither the distance from the wall nor the dimensions! I simply don't know where it should go. That's why I thought I had written at the beginning: Who can help or has a good advice.

Since we're on the subject of good advice. What do you think about the chimney?
We want one regardless of the Energy Saving Ordinance or not. A tip from (whoever) was that the underfloor heating could cool down and that could lead to problems. But no... one tries to "talk out" the chimney without a real reason. I think I misunderstood the principle of a forum.

Can someone now explain to me what the underfloor heating has to do with a chimney? Maybe someone with experience...

Thanks

To add a chimney to an amateur floor plan that won't be built as is, what would be the point? First, something buildable has to be created. Then you can talk about chimneys.

Well, an experienced architect can even build you a snail shell. So you can build all sorts of things. The question is whether it’s perfect for you. Maybe I wasn’t clear or I didn’t understand your intention: The chimney is usually planned last of all. If you want it that way and only the flue is missing, then you can still get the fireplace in. But that wouldn’t be priority 1 right now. Many things have been mentioned – don’t you want to think about them first? Otherwise: I think the flue already has the right position, only the double sliding door into the kitchen must go. Isn’t a simple one enough? You can put a glass panel next to it to make it friendlier: If you look closely: if you actually open the double door completely and want to go through the middle, you’ll run into a pillar if you can’t manage to dodge left and right like a rabbit. You don’t plan that in a new house – not nowadays anymore. Also, it looks bad.

Then tell me, a) what the model is called and b) whether you want to build with its provider.
