The niche is 280 cm wide ... that really raises the question of where the person who is supposed to sleep near the door puts their nightstand or how much space the person sleeping by the outer wall still has until the wall. Also, you want to move the wall further to the right according to the plan.

Why does the desk have to be in the bedroom?

The kitchen has a lot of free space in the middle, but the path to the terrace is blocked by the table.

What is the storage room supposed to be used for?

Bathroom door upper floor, why only 76 cm dimension?

Where should the washing machine go?

A site plan would be good ... see linked questionnaire ... but parking spaces seem to be planned on the right and left, are two driveways possible?

I have now turned it around in the bedroom, see pictures. This is not a desk but a dressing table.

But making the kitchen narrower also doesn’t make sense.

The storage room is intended to be used as a small wardrobe and food storage.
Our construction company generally only makes the bathroom doors 76 cm wide.
The washing machine and dryer are actually supposed to go into the utility room.

Be sure to draw your existing or desired furniture to scale and take traffic areas into account.

Ground floor
I would plan a closet under the stairs. Maybe loosen it up a bit with shelves. There is a lack of storage space.

Separate storage room and cloakroom.
Give the storage room a few centimeters more depth so that cabinets and shelves fit in.

In the basement, be sure to draw the planned technology with the necessary clearances.

The path from the kitchen to the terrace is quite long.

Upper floor

I'm stuck on the wall moving thing.
The bedroom could become a bit tight with a dressing table and bed.

Bathroom definitely needs a wider door. That was how it was built in 1980 and is very annoying.

Stairs
seem a bit short to me.
I would choose a different stair shape. The hallway on the upper floor is as large as the children's rooms. That is a lot for the compact design.

So, how now? - in 3D it doesn't look so bad, but in the floor plan it is more realistic, i.e. such that it doesn't work with bedside tables. The door sleeper practically stumbles straight into the bed. In this bed you will feel like in a lying wardrobe - for what advantage compared to the original position: effectively just under one meter of wardrobe more? - and that's only because there is no other place for clothes for special occasions and for the other season!

UG The WC and utility room do not feel efficient and a lot of space is lost. Therefore, the following suggestion: door to the utility room under the stairs (if the heights fit). This way, you can arrange the WC transversely with a door in the area of the staircase landing. This would free up a few square meters for the utility room. OG I would reduce the bedroom in favor of the children's rooms. You sleep and get dressed there. You don't use it for much else, and your children also need to be active in their rooms during the day. The hallway is also quite large and ultimately just dead space/room. Your children would surely appreciate that more as well. The entrance to the bathroom also doesn't feel efficient, somewhat isolated – there could be new ideas there. The bed by child 1 and the shower also need to be considered because of noise. But the bathroom is probably not finalized yet anyway.
