It's not really that bare - it's just that what's good is usually something you have to bend over backwards for.

It's not that empty - but what's good is usually hard to get.

I mostly work from home (see original post) and now and then I'm in D, E etc. I can do all that by car!

Once had quads... not my thing, I have Avalons. My entire setup (>500kg) can't be integrated into any living room. Especially not with small children. I have some friends who have top-quality installations in specially designed listening basements. Was and is my dream.

I would certainly have saved myself after receiving the contract. But your experience and expertise have already shown me the basic concept beforehand, so I am already taking action now. It's actually frightening that there are apparently people who sign such a contract without intensive (legal) review. But it also shows the complete desperation that currently exists.

I will definitely get back to you with developments! I would really love to discuss the floor plan etc. here with the gathered expertise! I'm probably not the only one who didn't imagine building to be this complex...
