I already know that – but the big complaining almost certainly starts afterwards. The same category includes the "forgotten" ancillary building costs (and especially the connection fees), the costs for the garden and outbuildings (carport, garage, driveway). Then it is simply forgotten that even in so-called turnkey constructions certain items (like floor coverings) are often still missing. No, management consultant (and a while ago window manufacturer, so of course you get to know property developers). In the property development business, it is specifically about exchanging bricks for money in a uncomplicated way. Demanding customers are welcome to come in through the construction company's door, and then they are also builders.
