Bungalow planned on existing basement: ideas?

Hello everyone, the granny flat will first be an office, later for the daughter, then I will move into the children's room. - This is a separate apartment that can also be accessed through a second entrance. if at some point a rental to a third party takes place, the door will of course be closed. Alternatively, a caregiver in 80 years can also live there. The bathroom belongs to the granny flat, the utility room belongs to the basement of the bungalow. Regarding noise, thanks for the hint - but it doesn’t really bother our daughter. We keep thinking and thinking but we can't come up with any big issues to improve anymore. Today we also decided to make the two windows on the south side not 5 but 5.5 meters each... Thank you all and best regards

The last discussion here was that our daughter would have the room upstairs and I would have my office downstairs. We reversed that. She is now getting the entire apartment as a play/children's room. The former children's room upstairs is now my office.
