Friends of ours were in a similar situation. They also built a single-family house onto a party wall, and on the other side they have the driveway. However, they did not place the entrance at the narrow front side, but rather on the side from the driveway. That would be on your north side. This would give you the opportunity to create zones within the house. For example, bedrooms and the bathroom facing the street side, a utility room and technical room opposite the entrance, and on the west side the kitchen with dining and living room and access to the garden.

Your floor plan is very interesting, but it would be even better if the property (house) were not built on the south side but mirrored (north side) built. Then your living area would be in the south.

Is there no possibility regarding another property, you will surely regret at some point that you have the living rooms in the north.

.. that's how I would try to tackle it as well. Above all, the bathroom should preferably have a window.

Hello,
yes, the south side would also have been our wish, but unfortunately we are not allowed. That means more energy for us and not such a nice view.
I am currently trying for a bathroom with a window. The idea right now is to shorten the long corridor a bit by moving the bedroom to the place of the living room and making the living room and dining room smaller. This way, the dressing room could move into the area where the bedroom was, and there would still be space left to be allocated to the bathroom and it would get a window.
I assume it has to be built completely against the party wall, so 3m away is not possible. Possibly part of the house could be set back and create a niche, that might work, I was thinking of a kind of light well in the bathroom area, then I would have fresh air in the bathroom.
A pencil sketch is easier for me than doing the whole thing on the computer. If you don’t work with drawing programs all the time, it’s quite difficult. I tried it anyway, but I only roughly placed the doors for illustration.

Hello, yes, north is to the left in the picture, the desired south side is the red line that is supposed to mark the firewall.
