Bungalow floor plan optimization

Hello, I would like to hear opinions on the floor plan. What else could be optimized?

One floor plan is 121 sqm, the other 112 sqm, the one on the right is the larger.

That's true, but then the total width of the house would have to be increased and then it wouldn't stay at the sqm.
The office is enough for me, it's more of a file storage.

Without the questionnaire, the property, the placement on it and the cardinal directions, the terrace, the driveway, the people, the age, I cannot say anything. The couch is positioned with its back to the window, doesn’t it look into your garden?

As reasonable as the omission of a dressing room in a house for apparently 3 people is, an office annex to the bedroom is equally bizarre. The room with the couch and TV is centrally located but only accessible through a convoluted path, which I do not like. I think that less is more in this case. Combine units – cooking-eating-lounging, housework – technology – storage, files; if it’s just about filing and occasional work, they go into a cupboard and do not get a separate room. Work is done at the dining table or a discreet solution like Müller Design Flatmate. If the number of rooms is truly needed or desired: better to build somewhat larger. But as is well known, everyone is different.
