Bungalow Floor Plan Opinions

Good morning and thank you very much for the many opinions. I built once before with my ex-husband 12 years ago. Large and stylish in Bauhaus style. Now I would very much like to build small and practical. Currently, my living room is also 3x4m, but open. However, I definitely want a separation from the kitchen, so that not everything is open right after the entrance area. If the angle costs so much more, then a pergola would be an alternative; the floor plan would then be without corners and would allow more flexibility. I do not have a site plan yet, as the plots will only be developed at the end of 21. It is a rectangular plot, about 25 meters wide and 35 long. The street is to the east and fields all around.

Oh, and regarding the roof, a 20-degree roof pitch is required and a hatch for cartons is also planned. A gable roof would also be possible if it is cheaper.

Why then the front door in the north? Place the house on the approximate plot as you imagine it. 25x35 m is also relatively large.

We have received an offer in which the gable roof is supposed to cause additional costs of 9k compared to the hip roof ... it may also depend somewhat on the developer

With an L bungalow, you can only have one gable. There should then be manageable additional costs.

Please draw it once aligned with the street and so on. We need a picture if it is to be constructive in attendance. Is a building plot known?
