There is no term "bungalow" as a technical term, which is why development plans do not refer to it. The development plan specifies the maximum number of floors, roof shape, and roof pitch. Only if it says "I" and "FD" will you know that nothing can come of the attic conversion.It technically remains a bungalow with a converted attic, or doesn't it? And if the development plan "only" provided for bungalows, it does make a difference whether I have a bungalow with a converted attic or a 1.5-storey house.
