Hello everyone,
this is how it all started. Oh, once again many thanks for the improvement of the (Fertigstellun) Ver...
I was always looking for a boathouse at Lake Schwerin, but they were all quite expensive and dilapidated.
I searched and searched and searched. On a weekend in 2017, I checked for properties and look there
was one available 300 m from the water. I was quite astonished.
So, I bought the property with a foundation slab and partially basemented, of course dry.
All utilities in the basement are new! Awesome
Water / sewage / gas / electricity already with meters, so I didn’t need a master craftsman to register.
Gas registration was no problem for me.
So, I’ll post a few pictures from the beginning from time to time.
There are always some spelling mistakes, that’s just how it is.
So, pictures are coming. And a little view of the LAKE

So then it was time to get to work!
Have it surveyed, check the base plate, fix any base plate defects, and prepare for the construction of the house.
But watch out, I started with the property and garden! Setting up the fence, trimming trees, and paving work.
That way I had no problems during construction and was able to save a lot of money.
Because I could transport everything with the pallet truck.
I would do it the same way again and again.
Here are a few pictures again.

The paving work completed in two weeks.
It continues tomorrow!
Schwerin is by the way a fisherman's paradise!
From 1m upwards.
Picture in next post.
