That vividly describes the difference between earnings and value creation.

In the second-favorite video rental store of my youth, the discount stamps were called "Video Vilm Collecting Point," which all customers found to be a charming unique selling point

My leadership experience says dyslexics are goal-oriented employees, i.e., the spelling "weakness" is actually more an indicator of the positive trait of not letting oneself be distracted by trivialities. For people with dyscalculia, you just have to find different uses than in accounting. By the way, half of all cardinals mispronounce "diocese." And diarrhea is not helped by whether you can spell it or not

Thanks to the mods! This kind of thing really almost physically hurts me – hence my question. And since the creator could no longer do it themselves, my request to the mods.

By the way, I don’t want to diss dyslexics, but something like that in the title is just too much for me. Nowadays dyslexics have a variety of support (if a word is underlined in red, even I non-dyslexics check it), those with dyscalculia are much worse off. It is also less supported and accepted in schools. As a prospective diploma mathematician, it's common to earn money through tutoring during studies – I had a case where the guy was really to be pitied. The diagnosis didn’t bring him any supportive measures at school back then, although he was, for example, brilliant in Latin. But math – no way.

Sorry, but if something like that already physically hurts you, then I don't want to know what happens to you when it really hurts.

It used to for me too, healed by the spelling reform. That totally relaxed me because since then usually the old wrong is the new right and vice versa – so regularly it's "not allowed" to continue using the old correct form. Shipping is now supposed to have three "f"s, like only the schoolboy Pfeiffer used to. Here's to a Dujardin – for me please without "ketchup"!
