Actually, yes, and I believe I didn’t find anything in it. I spoke with two of my future neighbors (new development area) and no one did the Building Energy Act calculation LOL.

I have now commissioned it. Better to have it and not need it than the other way around.

Strange. Do federal laws not apply in BY? Or is Bavaria in a different climatic zone so that the energy demand is negligible? ;-)

I assume that nothing would be applied for anyway that is not permitted. And if it is built according to the Building Energy Act or old kfw70, there is no need for an explicit application or designation with calculation in the building application.

Exactly, I would also say, of course you have to stick to it, but it is simply not checked there. Kind of like a [Freisteller].

How is it ensured without the calculation? Maybe by estimation, with the attitude "it's fine..." ;-)
