Building Energy Act calculation - is it necessary? And who does it?

Thanks again to everyone. So the energy consultant is already calculating and I will share the result with you.

Brief feedback to the group: the building energy law calculation has now been completed and we meet all requirements. The house is roughly at the KFW 48 - 50 level.

I can put this thing away now and probably never take it out again :p
