Are you sure that this also applies to new buildings? I have only found funding for renovations of existing buildings...

The new construction funding for residential and non-residential buildings within the framework of the federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG) thus restarts. However, it also refers to the KfW page, where only funding for renovations can be found.

Since funding has always been a confusing jungle, I do not rule out having overlooked the appropriate funding.

I won't say anything about the multiservice connection, I don't know much about it. For drainage, barrels with overflow and insurance on the property also work.
