With pure material costs, you will be at around 13-15k. Definitely not less. You will be shocked at what concrete costs and the associated concrete pump. Do not underestimate reinforcing steel. Reinforcing steel has to be laid and tied (absolutely tedious work and very sweat-inducing). You will not get around the plan (1k).

I can tell you my prices since I am currently fully involved. It is a garage with carport. A total of 49.x sqm with a gable roof (15 degrees) and concrete stones like on the residential house: .... We want to stay under 25k.

I find that already cheap. So- and the OP now doesn't want 49 but almost double with 90 m2 and instead of paving even with a concrete slab

So 2Df KS will cost around €2500. The gate €2500. You can pour the ring beam yourself. One day, 5 helpers and it works. Concrete is cheap, the pump is expensive. Plus mortar. So including statics, a decent bricklayer, building application and a lot of electrical work, I come to AT LEAST 15k. More like 20k. However, for these dimensions, that would be an absolutely top price.
