Budget for single-family house with granny flat

The original poster wants KFW40plus, and that as a solid construction – so the 2000 is rather too low.

We were very disciplined and gave up a few things. No underfloor heating, no fireplace, no clinker brick, no mega insulation.
Heating costs in the first year (although we like it warm) were 600 euros. I don’t feel we skimped in the wrong place. We love our little house And everything went very smoothly and our construction supervisor had no complaints.

So we are in Lower Saxony KFW55, half brick-clad, plastered with medium equipment (town villa, gas boiler, controlled residential ventilation, underfloor heating, electric blinds, ground floor completely tiled,...) at 1800€/m²... I think KFW40 Plus can easily be calculated at 2000€/m². If not even a bit more!
